Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays, including:
- Father’s Day season
- Christmas and holiday periods
- Major sales or promotional events

During these high-volume periods, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. OakForge is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
